As soon as oftt has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order in the shortest time possible.
Your order will be sent carbon neutral with UPS.
It’s important for us to avoid single used plastic whenever possible. All our packaging is from organic or recycled sources, FSC approved and plastic free. We want to encourage you to give our boxes a second life by re-using them.
After order confirmation you will receive a tracking number, so you know where your item is. Are you in Berlin? You can make an appointment in our showroom to check out our quality or pick up your order. We would love to meet you in person. If your country is currently not listed in our shop, send a mail to hello[at]often.world and we will find a way to deliver.
We are a fair trade company, not only in production, but with everyone involved in our company. That means we value every worker, including our hard working postman/woman.

Exchanges and Returns
We work with the best factories in Europe to create the best quality products at the right price. Everything is handmade and therefore mistakes can happen. If you have a problem with your item please send a mail to hello[at]often.world and we will find a solution.
If you are not satisfied with the fit we can exchange this for a different size or item and gift vouchers. You can exchange or return your item within 14 days after receiving. Please make sure the item is not used and in its original packaging and back with us within two weeks.
Exchanges are shipped free of charge and only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise, based on stock availability. Items must be sent in original condition, unworn, unwashed and via recorded delivery and received back to us within 14 days. We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. We cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. Items on sale or included in promotions, are excluded from our refund policy. Exchanges or store credit will be applicable within 14 days of item received back to us.
Contact us for the correct delivery address. Unfortunately, we can not refund, any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Exchanges will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of exchange.
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
