"Everyday I take a cold shower"
Thanks to the mentoring of „The Iceman“ Wim Hof, our founder and creative director Ashley Marc Hovelle (Ash Hov) starts every day with a cold shower.
Regularly exposing our bodies to cold water benefits us in many ways. Cold water; closes the pores of our skin and the cuticles of our scalp, helping to strengthen hair and skin. The rapid reduction of inflammation, swelling and sore muscles is what makes athletes jump into barrels of ice water after their physical work outs.
By encouraging a healthy blood-flow we feel alive and it's a treatment that fights anxiety and depression, to improve the quality of our sleep, to focus and improve our immune response.

"Turn the tap to its coldest setting,Take a deep breath in and out, then graduallly put each part of your body under the water, going in and out regularly for as long as you can handle. Start off with short bursts and end with longer satisfying cold water moments of pure mindfulness. Towel dry and let the energy flow."
It doesn’t matter if it is the closest shower, lake, ocean or sea.
Take your dip in cold water often.
